This post prompted me get to my weekly goals (I like short term goals and long term ones):
Mental: Tell myself daily that I am stronger then I think and I just need to push my strengths.
Food: Drink a glass of water before I eat (including snacks)
Fitness: Snowboard the weekend away and have lots and lots of fun doing it!
