I've always been a person who loves a good monday diet resolution and it's never really worked too well for me, however, I like weekly diet goals to add to my monthly and life goals. So here are my goals for this week:

1) Keep an account of EVERYTHING I eat, including bits, sips, and licks. Try to keep it in the 1400 - 1800 range.

2) It's going to be a stressful week, I already know, so my fitness goal is realistic for me. Goal: walk 45 minutes per day and hit the gym 3 times this week.

3) Read a chapter a night of one of my favourite books to clear my head and de-stress.

Do you make weekly goals, or even daily? Do you stick to them? I'd appreciate some advice!
